Payment Policy for eLearn IT Institute

Whether you are enrolling in an online live course, purchasing a recorded course, or signing up for an offline, in-person class, we provide multiple payment options to suit your needs. This Payment Policy explains the methods and terms for completing payments for our various educational services.

1. Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment options depending on the type of course or service being purchased:

 

1.1 Payment for Online Live Courses

For online live courses, students are required to complete the payment process through mobile banking platforms or traditional bank transfers. Upon completion of payment, students will receive a confirmation email and digital receipt, which serves as proof of payment.

• Bank Transfer:

Students also have the option to pay directly through bank transfers. Upon completing the transfer, students should provide the transaction details via the Google enrollment form to confirm the registration.

 

• Payment Process:

• Complete the online enrollment form with the necessary details.
• Make the payment through any of the accepted mobile banking options or bank transfer.
• Submit the payment details (transaction ID, date, etc.) in the form.
• Receive your digital receipt via email, confirming your enrollment.

Note: Payments must be made in full before the course start date to ensure your spot is reserved.

 

1.2 Payment for Recorded Courses (Website-based)

Recorded courses are available for purchase directly on the eLearn IT Institute website, where we use the trusted third-party payment gateway SSLCOMMERZ to facilitate secure and seamless online transactions.

This gateway supports a wide range of payment methods to accommodate users from various regions and preferences, including but not limited to:
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Prepaid Cards
• Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.)
• Internet Banking Brands
• E-Wallets
• EMI Options Provided by Participating Banks

 

 Steps to Purchase Recorded Courses:

• Select the course you wish to purchase from the eLearn IT Institute website.
• Click on the purchase option, which will redirect you to the SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway.
• Choose your preferred payment method (cards, mobile banking, etc.).
• Complete the payment, and you will receive an email with access to the course materials along with a payment confirmation.

 

• Transaction Security:

All transactions conducted through SSLCOMMERZ are encrypted and follow industry-standard security protocols, ensuring the safety of your financial information.

• International Payments:

For international students, SSLCOMMERZ supports a wide variety of payment methods, including internationally recognized debit and credit cards, making it easy to enroll from anywhere in the world.

 

1.3 Payment for Offline Classroom Courses

Students enrolling in offline, in-person classroom courses are required to visit our office for registration and payment. We provide flexible payment options for these courses, including both cash payments and digital payment methods.
• Payment Options:
1.Cash Payments:
Students can directly pay in cash at the office during the registration process.
2.Digital Payments:
We also accept digital payments via mobile banking apps or QR code scanning at the office. The following payment methods are

 supported:Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.)

QR Code Payments:

Scan the provided QR code in the office to complete the transaction using your preferred mobile banking app.
Direct Bank Transfers and Payment Links can also be shared for easy payment.

 

• Steps for Offline Payment:

• Visit the eLearn IT Institute office for registration.
• Choose your preferred payment method (cash, mobile banking, QR code, etc.).
• Complete the payment and receive your official receipt.
• Your seat will be confirmed upon payment verification.

 

2. Payment Confirmation and Receipts

• For Online Payments (Live and Recorded Courses):
Once your payment is successfully processed, a payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. This email will include a digital receipt detailing the payment, course information, and enrollment confirmation.
• For Offline Payments (Classroom Courses):
Upon successful completion of the payment at the office, students will receive an official receipt acknowledging the payment and confirming their enrollment in the course.
• For Bank Transfers:
Students making payments via bank transfer must provide the necessary transaction details (such as transaction ID, date, and amount) through the appropriate registration form or at the office. A receipt will be issued after verification.

 

3. Payment Deadlines and Policies

 Full Payment Requirement:
All courses and services provided by eLearn IT Institute require full payment prior to the commencement of the course or access to the materials. Partial payments or delayed payments may result in your spot being forfeited or access being denied until the full amount is received.
 Late Payments:
Late payments may result in delays in course access or loss of enrollment priority, especially for live or offline classroom courses. Students are encouraged to complete payments within the stipulated timeframe to avoid any inconveniences.
 EMI Options:
For students purchasing recorded courses through SSLCOMMERZ, EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) options are available for certain banks. The availability and terms of EMI depend on the student’s bank and are subject to that bank’s policy.

 

4. Refunds and Cancellations

For information regarding refunds, cancellations, and course transfers, please refer to our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy. The policy explains the terms for receiving refunds and the process for canceling enrollments in live, recorded, or offline courses.
