To ensure a harassment-free and integrity-driven environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Harassment:

  1. Verbal Harassment:
    • Offensive jokes, comments, or slurs targeting an individual or group.
    • Spreading rumors or making disparaging remarks about others.
  2. Non-Verbal Harassment:
    • Sending inappropriate or offensive messages, images, or gestures.
    • Deliberate exclusion of individuals from group discussions or activities.
  3. Physical Harassment:
    • Unwelcome physical contact or aggressive behavior.
    • Threats of violence or intimidation.
  4. Cyberbullying:
    • Harassing or humiliating others via online platforms, including social media, email, or messaging apps.
    • Posting or sharing harmful or false information about someone.

Integrity Violations:

  1. Dishonesty:
    • Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or actions.
    • Providing false information to trainers, staff, or fellow students.
  2. Plagiarism and Cheating:
    • Copying assignments, exams, or projects without proper attribution.
    • Sharing or using unauthorized materials during assessments.
  3. Unethical Behavior:
    • Manipulating others for personal gain.
    • Failing to report observed violations of this policy.
  4. Confidentiality Breach:
    • Sharing private or sensitive information about others without consent.
    • Disclosing proprietary materials, such as course content, to unauthorized parties.

Reporting Harassment or Violations

eLearn IT Institute encourages individuals to report any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

Reporting Channels:

  2. Direct Communication: Reach out to the administration or designated grievance officer.
  3. Anonymous Reporting: Use our anonymous feedback form available on the student portal.

Required Information for Reporting:

  • Name and contact information (optional for anonymous reports).

Investigation Process

Upon receiving a complaint, eLearn IT Institute will:

  1. Acknowledge Receipt: Confirm the complaint has been received within 48 hours.
  2. Confidential Review: Conduct a thorough investigation while maintaining confidentiality.
  3. Fair Evaluation: Ensure all parties involved have the opportunity to present their side of the story.
  4. Resolution: Implement appropriate corrective measures or disciplinary actions based on the findings.

Disciplinary Actions

Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to:

  3. Course Termination: Dismissal from the program without a refund.

To maintain a respectful and ethical environment, every individual is expected to:

  1. Uphold Mutual Respect: Treat all members of the eLearn IT Institute community with dignity and courtesy.
