eLearn IT Institute is the largest skill development platform and IT institute in Bangladesh. We are the first in Bangladesh to offer live-streaming, interactive education and international-level IT skill development courses at low costs. Our platform is designed to help users of all skill levels become proficient in IT, with the goal of helping them find employment, become successful freelancers, entrepreneurs, or future trainers.
Our courses cover a wide array of subjects, including digital marketing, web development, and advanced technology skills. As a trusted and reliable platform, eLearn IT Institute is dedicated to creating a better future for individuals by offering flexible learning opportunities.
To access and use the services provided by eLearn IT Institute, you must meet the following criteria:
• You must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the permission and supervision of a legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account on the Platform.
• You must comply with all local laws and regulations in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate users who do not meet these eligibility criteria.

eLearn IT Institute reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms.
By using our Platform, you consent to receiving communications from us, including promotional offers, updates on your courses, and important notifications about our services. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails, but you will still receive essential communications related to your account.
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
• All intellectual property on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by eLearn IT Institute or licensed to us.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without explicit written consent.
• By submitting user-generated content, you grant eLearn IT Institute a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform.
We welcome your feedback! By submitting suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you grant us the right to use the feedback in any way we see fit, without any obligation to compensate you for your ideas.
All content provided on the eLearn IT Institute Platform is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content found on the Platform without permission.
If you believe that any user-generated content on our Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at info@elearnitinstitute.com. We will investigate the claim and may remove the infringing content if warranted.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice. This includes adding new features, discontinuing old ones, or temporarily suspending access to the Platform for maintenance.
We strive to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may need to conduct maintenance or upgrades, which could temporarily affect the availability of the Platform.
You can request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info@elearnitinstitute.com. Deletion of your account is permanent and will result in the loss of access to any purchased courses or content.
eLearn IT Institute makes no warranties, either express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of the information and services offered on the Platform. We provide our services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eLearn IT Institute and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or personal injury.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eLearn IT Institute from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
